History
Frisch Engineering is located in Folsom, CA and was started in 2001 by two Engineers who worked in the Water and Wastewater electrical power and controls integration business.  The natural progression for them was to become consultants in their field of expertise as learned after approximately 10 years of hands-on experience between 1991 and 2001.

 

Electrical Power and Controls
Since 2001, Frisch Electrical Engineering Inc. has become a full service electrical and instrumentation engineering company.  We are capable of providing turn-key solutions by designing and managing the project from start to finish.  We are presently working as Consultants in many projects and as Engineers and Construction Partners in Design/Build projects.
 

We offer all aspects of electrical and control system design and construction services to the public works and industrial sectors.  Our typical jobs are treatment plants, power plants, hydro-electric facilities, sub-stations, pump stations, reservoirs, wells, and sewage lift stations, and telemetry systems.  We are proficient in power distribution, protective relaying, hardware controls, PLCs, software controls and instrumentation. 
 

We are very experienced in automated controls, power distribution and coordination, arc-flash safety, and communications since they are used in most projects.  Our systems typically have PLCs, SCADA systems, communications, and custom programming. 

 

Design Philosophy

Frisch Engineering takes a thorough approach to design and documentation.  Our intent is to provide a detailed level of design that assures the Client that their construction standards will be adhered to.  Many Clients have expressed a strong desire to maintain consistency across multiple projects and detailed design allows this to occur.
